{"id":1227,"date":"2011-04-25T14:12:25","date_gmt":"2011-04-25T21:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gourmet.mygreatvet.com\/?p=1227"},"modified":"2011-04-25T14:12:25","modified_gmt":"2011-04-25T21:12:25","slug":"lemon-sesame-glazed-greens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gourmet.mygreatvet.com\/?p=1227","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Sesame Glazed Greens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alton Brown recipe.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 &#8211; 1 1\/4lbs stemmed mustard greens or kale<\/li>\n<li>1 T. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon, zested<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp honey<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp fresh black pepper, ground<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp red pepper flakes<\/li>\n<li>1 T. sesame seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wash greens thoroughly, spin them dry, then chop into coarse pieces<\/p>\n<p>Heat 13&#215;11&#8243; roasting pan over 2 burners, on medium heat.\u00a0 Add oil, then garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt &amp; pepper. Stir to combine.\u00a0 Add the greens &amp; saute for 4-5 minutes, tossing continuously.\u00a0 Add red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.\u00a0 Toss to combine. Adjust seasoning if desired.
