Directions are for chicken.<!--more--><br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice<br \/>\n2 Tbls Dijon mustard<br \/>\nwhisk in 1 cup evoo<br \/>\nCan add other herbs per taste<br \/>\nadd kosher salt and black pepper<\/p>\n<p>Sprinke chicken breast with salt and pepper in shallow baking dish<br \/>\npour half marinade over chicken and place in frig for 2 hrs, or overnight<\/p>\n<p>Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes<br \/>\nPour remaining marinade over cooked, warm chicken<br \/>\ncover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>serve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a basic marinade recipe by Ina which can be used for fish or chicken.
