{"id":761,"date":"2010-02-01T23:13:59","date_gmt":"2010-02-02T06:13:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gourmet.mygreatvet.com\/?p=761"},"modified":"2010-02-01T23:13:59","modified_gmt":"2010-02-02T06:13:59","slug":"cole-slaw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gourmet.mygreatvet.com\/?p=761","title":{"rendered":"Cole Slaw"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a Tyler Florence recipe from Foodnetwork.\u00a0 When I prepared it I left out the red chili pepper, hot sauce and celery seed but it was good anyway.<!--more--><br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n1 head green cabbage, shredded<br \/>\n2 carrots, grated<br \/>\n1 red onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 green onions (white and green parts), chopped<br \/>\n1 fresh red chile, sliced<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups mayonnaise<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1 tablespoon cider vinegar<br \/>\n1 lemon, juiced<br \/>\nPinch sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon celery seed<br \/>\nSeveral dashes hot sauce<br \/>\nKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\nCombine the cabbage, carrots, red onion, green onions, and chile in a large bowl. In another bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to mix. Season the cole slaw with the celery seed, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
