Pour the simple syrup into a large pitcher. Add rum, lime juice and blood orange juice and stir vigorously. Add the crushed mint and the sparkling water. Divide the ice among 4 glasses or cups. Pour the limeade mixture into each glass and garnish with blood oranges and fresh mint sprigs.<\/p>\n<p>A viewer, who may not be a professional cook, provided this recipe.
