Mango-Ginger Relish

Perfect with pork, shrimp, Brie cheese or chips.
Ingredients
2 mangoes, peeled and diced
3 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
Pinch cayenne
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Yield: 2 cups.
