Basic Marinade

This is a basic marinade recipe by Ina which can be used for fish or chicken. Directions are for chicken.
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbls Dijon mustard
whisk in 1 cup evoo
Can add other herbs per taste
add kosher salt and black pepper

Sprinke chicken breast with salt and pepper in shallow baking dish
pour half marinade over chicken and place in frig for 2 hrs, or overnight

Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
Pour remaining marinade over cooked, warm chicken
cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes

serve
