Chocolate Frosting

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 1/3 cups confectioners sugar (sift if lumpy)
Combine melted butter, cocoa and salt; then add milk and vanilla. Mix in sugar in 3 parts. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin for good speading consistency.
